「Just not worth the money by a long way. Very low budget standard for a mid-price.」

「I stayed here because of exhibition, it's walking distance. I love the breakfast the most, and for sure I will come back again next year!」

「Sehr schöne Unterkunft, netter Host, wir konnten auch den Garten mitbenutzen - kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!」

「Very nice」

「I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

「We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay.」

「Definitely a gem in this cute seaside town. Host was so nice and helpful telling us about things to do in the area. The spa was awesome as well. Love the common areas as well. Room and beds were super comfy and well maintained.」

「Good」

「This property was not as described. The room was nothing like the photos. There is no bathroom, just a toilet and sink with a bare light bulb. Carpet is filthy. There was no working light in the room. Someone had taken the bulb from the only lamp. No lights in the stairwell. Totally unsuitable. No towels were provided.」
