L'Olivine is located in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, about ten minutes from Chemin du Massif de Charlevoix and the picturesque town of Baie-Saint-Paul. The chalet has a backyard surrounded by a wooded area with a spa and an outdoor fireplace. The chalet has two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room in a large, friendly room, in addition to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with washer-dryer.In the basement, there is an open concept playroom with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with washer-dryer. Each room is equipped according to its function (cooking equipment, towels/soap/shampoo/toilet paper and bedding).
The outdoor courtyard is large and includes a terrace with BBQ, a fireplace, and a spa. The parking lot can accommodate several cars.

The rental gives access to parking, the two-story chalet as well as a large courtyard and all its amenities (fireplace, spa and terrace with BBQ).

The municipality of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François is a wooded area between the Massif de Charlevoix and the town of Baie-Saint-Paul. Le Chalet du Boisé is located in a very quiet area on private land. The town center of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François is about 5 minutes by car.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by car.
