「Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! 」

「Our room was comfortable, the accessible bathroom lovely and clean, good bed, conveniently close to everything. Firmly on the "we'll be back" list 🙂 my notes as a noise sensitive person: air conditioning hum was quite loud for some reason (compared to other places). Our mid week visit was quiet, didn't hear noise from other rooms. Note for improvement - room door responds to every other door moving on the floor by making a sound like someone is trying to come in. We wedged cardboard to stop...

「It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!」

「I really enjoyed my stay. The Bucket Tree is very iconic, with colonial style architecture, lovely park-like surroundings and that giant bucket-shaped tree in front. I arrived in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, so really appreciated the warm and cosy room. I had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was lovely and clean and the service was great. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned each day. Would definitely stay here again....
