Top Haus. Netter Vermieter. Toaster war Defekt, innerhalb von 2 Stunden hatten wir einen neuen. Besteck in der Küche könnte ein bisschen mehr sein. Lage Prima. Auto abstellen und genießen. Marktplatz mit netten Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles war super. Der Kontakt zu Bernat (Eigentümer) war super, auch wenn wir uns persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben. Der kontaktlose Check-In verlief reibungslos. Das einzige Manko war das teilweise unsaubere Geschirr, da mussten wir viel selber nochmal waschen, was nach ner Zeit etwas nervig wurde. Ansonsten war es ein super toller entspannter Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Entspannter Aufenthalt im großzügigen Haus

5 nach der vereinbarten Check-in Zeit habe ich per WhatsApp angefragt, um den Zugangscode zu erhalten. Schade, bis dato saßen wir schon zwei Stunden mit drei kleinen im Dorf und hatten geduldig gewartet. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sauber, geräumig, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (für mehr als 4 Leute dürften mehr als 5 Teelöffel da sein), genügend Handtücher, zwei Waschmaschinen! Der Vermieter hat uns zwei Babybetten zur Verfügung gestellt, die beide völlig in Ordnung waren. Zwei tolle Bäder und sogar ein Drittes draußen auf der Terrasse (mit Dusche und Toilette). Parkplätze in der Nähe an der Straße. Am Tag der Abreise stand die Reininungskraft um halb zehn an der Tür und bat um Einlass. Wir können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen!

Schönes, großes Haus in Petra

Wir haben uns im Can Vall in Petra als 4 köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Innenausstattung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küchenausstattung (etwas wenig Besteck, kein Flaschenöffner,..) könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, das hat der Erholung aber keinen Abbruch getan. Positiv sind noch die Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen zu erwähnen. Ich - Rückenprobleme bei zu weichen Matratzen habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter Bernat erfolgte (leider) ausschließlich über WhatsApp.

Top Haus- eine tolle Woche in Petra

Unsere Erwartungen an das Haus wurden komplett erfüllt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgeführt. Die Einrichtung war top und sehr sauber und der Empfang durch Bernado äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem liebevoll gemachten Teller mit lecker belegten Broten und reichlich Wasser (naturell und mit Kohlensäure) empfangen. Vielen Dank noch einmal Bernado! Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen etc. war reichlich, da für 10 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber unseres Erachtens fehlte es an nichts, um auch für die volle Belegung bestens gerüstet zu sein (z.B. 2 Waschmaschinen + 1 Trockner). Wie insgesamt in Petra sind die Straßen recht schmal, aber zum Aus- und Einladen unseres Gepäcks konnten wir kurz vor dem Haus parken. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Mietwagen komfortabel knapp 50 Meter entfernt auf einem kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz abstellen können. Der ruhige Ort Petra selbst hat uns auch sehr gut für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt gefallen. Für die Selbstversorgung gibt es zwei oder drei kleinere Supermärkte, die auch frischgebackenes Brot anbieten. Wer sich nicht nur ausschließlich selbst versorgen möchtet, findet in Petra und wenige Minuten fußläufig vom Haus aus genügend Restaurants für jede Preisklasse. Uns hat es immer zu den beiden direkt nebeneinander liegenden hübschen Plätzen Plaza Ramon Llull und der Plaza Fray Junipero Serra hingezogen, um die sich die meisten Restaurants, Bar/Cafes gruppieren. Alles in allem können wir das Haus und den Ort nur sehr empfehlen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Mega freundlicher Empfang, mit einem leckeren mallorquinischen Snack und kalten Getränken ! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, da besser als beschrieben. Kleine moderne Oase in Petra

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren die Autos vor der Tür teilweise etwas laut, so dass wir die Fenster zur Straße in den Morgenstunden schließen mussten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat ausreichend Platz für Groß und Klein. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist für sehr kleine Kinder noch etwas schwierig, aber in Begleitung zu meistern. Bernardo war ein toller Gastgeber und während des Aufenthalts immer erreichbar. Wenn wir mal wieder Urlaub auf Mallorca machen, kommen wir gern wieder.

Besser wie beschrieben-tolles Haus

Die Abwicklung mit dem netten Vermieter verlief total unkompliziert. Bei unserer Anreise wurde sogar ein Snack und Getränke vorgefunden. Lieben Dank dafür. (Die Geschäfte hatten schon zu) Für Rückfragen war der Vermieter stets erreichbar. (Uns ist mal die Sicherung rausgeflogen) Das Haus samt Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit - alles war top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen.
