“My stay at Sveltos Residence was truly a home away from home. I wanted a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind—and I got exactly that. I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. “This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at……

“The layout of the lounge and kitchen was different to the photo, but I learnt that a new kitchen had been installed, so that made sense. The layout was better for it.The bed was comfy which for me is important. The kitchen was equipt well for the small amount of cooking i did. The washing machine worked well and was very quiet. The bathroom could do with an update or redecorated, but then as it was almost the end of the season, some wear and tear is to be expected.The location is good. There……
