Itaipava House

Casa Itaipava was built in 1993. It features lots of wood, retaining walls, and glass. It has a stunning view and joy is always present. Lots of greenery, flowers, birds, lizards, monkeys, parakeets, jacus, opossums, porcupines… are all part of it, as the land is in open forest! The house is simple, large, very spacious, clean, with antique furniture and very cosy. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and small balconies. Two suites have double beds and two have queen beds. We can arrange a room with 2 single beds. We have our own barbecue and swimming pool. Casa Itaipava is located within a gated community with 24-hour security. Feel the peace of this place! Note: 1) The employee's daily allowance must be paid 48 hours before the check-in date (R$280.00/day and R$170.00/half-day). We do not rent without this! 2) There is an extra fee for pets (R$400.00/short stay. For long stays, we will discuss the price!). 3) There is a fee for extra guests (R$400.00/day), and a maximum of 2. 4) Electricity fee - we will take a photo of the metre upon arrival and departure. We will calculate the consumption cost for the period. 5) A security deposit of R$1000,00 24 will be charged before check-in and will be returned up to 24 hours after check-out. It is important to inspect the property upon arrival and departure. 6) A contract will be drawn up so that everything is recorded and there are no doubts for the guests and the owner.
