「Localisation du gîte qui permet de rayonner à moins de 10kms via les départs en ferry de Laveno(stresa,îles Borromées...).Les petits plus,un but pour le foot et baignade au lac,en bas du village avant le petit déjeuner et/ou avant l'apéro le soir(bar/resto très sympa).Malgré la proximité du carrefour et circulation,semaine super. A savoir, les propriétaires habitent juste au -dessus mais ils sont calmes et sympas. Semaine géniale,le Lac Majeur est magnifique et apaisant!」

「We enjoyed ten wonderful days in Laveno in August 2025. The building greets you with a spotless, well-maintained staircase and a convenient elevator. Parking was never an issue, with spaces available right in front of the house. The second-floor apartment is stylish, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, featuring roller shutters, a washing machine, and air conditioning. Fußläufig (ca. 25 Minuten) erreicht man eine Pizzeria und in 10 Minuten kommt man zu einem schönen Wasserfall mit Bademöglichkeit. Cons: Die Deckenleuchte ist SEHR hell ;), aber es gibt noch ein Licht am Herd. Oben (im Schlafzimmer) war es sehr warm, es gibt aber einen Ventilator.」

「Pros: Großzügig und toll ausgestattet, es ist alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Bequeme Betten, große Badezimmer. Privater Parkplatz mit Lademöglichkeit. Reny ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar! Cons: Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, kann man nichts machen... Aber die Heizung war einfach zu schwach, mehr als 21 Grad waren nicht möglich.」
