"The room was very clean but the single bed mattress was a sinking ship. There was a lot of noise from the outside boiler, so not helpful to sleep. It's a pity that they provide a kettle and coffee tea products, however not a single bottle of water to make it. Being a 4 star hotel, they are lacking ..."

"A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired ..."
