「This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. The hosts put a lot of thought into making this little apartment comfortable and easy and we are glad we chose it over a hotel. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. 「The property is just as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The manager was very quick to respond in a professional manner. The location was very central. There are lots of hills to enjoy while walking the neighbourhood. The only negative that we had was the ceiling height of the hallway to the bathroom. It was very low. Perhaps this is a common thing to expect with a very old character home. We loved our stay. 」

"一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望."
