「Love the place, clean, beds are comfy, and the view can not be beat! Upstairs is WARM, bring fans as the AC does not cool off upstairs. The ice maker did not work nor did the fan in the upstairs bathroom. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, we did get blocked in a few times or had to wait for someone to move in order to park in front of the house, but did not take long. 「This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. 「We booked with Rob for accommodations during the Canada Games. The location was perfect - close to downtown and close to MUN and all of the tourist attractions. Rob attended to small details - he even had a water cooler of filtered water that was a pleasant surprise to fill your water bottle. The beds were comfy and no noise from outside.
