“Hotel was amazing and owner very friendly. However we booked on Expedia because included free breakfast however owner wanted to charge us $20 pp. we went off site for breakfast. Also couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room, we made the owner aware.”

“The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby.
The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills!
The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me! Thank you for the awesome stay once again, Rica……

“Parking in the lot a block away for $20 with unlimited in/out privileges was easy to access and safe. We needed extra bedding for the pull out couch, and staff brought it up to our unit, within a half hour. In unit laundry, full kitchen, absolutely gorgeous city views with automatic blinds. The unit was super clean and fully furnished. Having all the space for everyone in our group to have privacy was so wonderful.
The only slight downside was the noise during the night from a banner on the……

“It’s a horrendous shame that such a lovely property with incredible rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient location has such HORRIBLE parking. The city runs the parking lot. You have to pay to park which I can accept. You also have in and out privileges. Now that seems really straight forward except the parking lot over lord doesn’t care. So if you leave he will IMMEDIATELY fill your spot and if you come back there’s a large chance they won’t have a spot for you in the lot you……

“Stayed for business. Clean, spacious room, newer contemporary style bathroom, walking distance to the Federal courthouse and the downtown attractions. On side few dining options stake house and breakfast, Starbucks. Gym, pool and jacuzzi on the site.
One thing to note valet parking services were somewhat slow but maybe because it was weekend and there was only one robe and no disposable sleepers, also didn’t see any usual items in the bathroom such as shower cap. But overall I will definitely……
