“The property was clean inside and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. And a nice central location in a quiet neighborhood. The yard looks pretty bad but that was just visual. The only problem was the ac. The house has rolling units in each room that don’t cool enough. And because they are screwed into the windows, the windows don’t open. “My (adult) daughter and I were in CS to visit family and friends for a 3-night stay. Perfect spot for 2 adults or a couple and small child. We chose the property for it’s close proximity to my best friend’s house. We both slept comfortably and the neighborhood is quiet at night.
