“We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!”

“Blew my expectations out of the water. Fiancé and I went for our first vacations across the country to colorodo springs together. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, host had us right at home with all our streaming networks for the end of the night. Kurig cups and hot chocolate to get us going in the a.m. to watch the beautiful sunrise every monring and look at mountains from the porch. Pictures and little labels around the house made finding anything easy. Fireplace heater worked amazing. Slept……

“The Vrbo was very clean, except for some dog poop on the path in the backyard. The room was perfect for our road trip pit stop and was very close to the Gardens of the Gods.”

“Unique farm experience. Loved seeing the goats and chickens. The actual apartment transported you to the beach, with whisical decorations. Very relaxing place to stay. Our hostess made muffins every morning and they were delicious. Since this trip was about hiking around the Paint Mines Park, the rural setting of this property was perfect for us.would definitely stay here again”

“We loved our stay! The accommodations are comfortable and clean. We had to work remote part of the time we were there and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We came to town to stay to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. we were close to the game locations and all the tourist things we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice! The location is on a dead end Street so there is complete privacy. if we come to Colorado Springs in the future, we would love to stay here again!”

“The apartment was exactly as described. Loved the kitchen - everything needed to cook meals was there including an air fryer, rice cooker, spices, cookware & bakeware, microwave & oven. Very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment including games, books, candy, electric teakettle and Keurig. Cozy atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the location - easy walking distance to downtown.”

“Lisa is the property owner and she does so many great things to make you comfortable. Her binder gives specific details that are important to know. Between site seeing, food recommendations, and even checking in to make sure the temperature is comfortable. You're not her guest, she treats you like family!! Her home is located in such a perfect spot to all the sites that are not to miss! You won't regret your stay with Lisa”

“Came to Manitou Springs for a quick weekend getaway with my dad and brother. Property was in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and a short drive to Old Colorado City. Check-in was a breeze and the property was perfect for us. Thoughtful amenities and very clean. Would highly recommend this property!”

“My husband and I get away once a year for our anniversary. This year we wanted to stay a little closer than normal due to some things at home. So we chose Carrie and Andrew’s Cascade Getaway. The communication was really good, fast and easy. The rental is the lower portion of their home. Which I realize now I didn’t pay attention to. The rental was very well maintained and there were so many things for use! The kitchen had a lot, but the bathroom!! They supply makeup remover, hair products,……

“Visiting my sister who lives about a block away, so location was perfect for us. Great coffee shop/cafe just down the block. Access to the unit was easy, and on-street parking no problem. Unit was clean, and well-finished bathroom and kitchen were real pluses. It should be noted that food prep in the kitchen is limited to coffee maker, microwave, and hot plate (no stove/oven). Laundry availability was a great plus. Beds and bedroom furnishings/amenities were comfortable. We only needed 2 of……
