“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Great hotel, family room was great for what we needed. Difficult to find the front of the hotel from the bus stop to start with. A tip if buying alcohol in the vending machine is bar is shut is you need an id card which we don’t have in the UK. Situated across from the English Garden for the start of some beautiful walks which can lead you straight in to Munich town centre if your up for a long walk ;)”

“距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。”

“We came over from Scotland for the Euros and did worry it was a bit far out from Munich centre but it was so easy to get the train and was nice to get out of the madness 😀 when came back to the apartment.”

“Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist dieses Hotel eigentlich ganz gut. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Tiefparterre Das geräumig war und sogar eine Kochnische Und etwas Geschirr hatte. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, nur beim Frühstück war es etwas eng und die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß. Dafür war der Kaffee gut.”

“Nach einer kleinen anfänglichen Unsicherheit - wir hatten leider im Vorfeld keinen Zugangscode erhalten so wie versprochen und auch die Rezeption war nicht wie angekündigt besetzt - hat sich trotzdem ein sehr schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt ergeben. Am Hoteleingang wird eine Telefonnummer angegeben, bei der man sich nach Ankunft per WhatsApp melden soll, falls irgend etwas nicht ok ist. Bereits wenige Sekunden nach unserer Nachricht haben wir eine Antwort mit allen notwendigen……
