Dream Vacation in the Dolomites!

It will be a truly dream holiday in our bright, friendly and relaxing apartment in Pfalzen, in the heart of Val Pusteria. E 'consists of a large space that houses the kitchen and living room and opens with French doors onto the lovely private garden where, in summer you can have lunch or just relax. Featuring 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two bunk beds) for a total of 6 beds and a large bathroom. Perfectly equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, microwave, toaster, linens, in short because your holiday is really a relax. It also has covered box.
Located 300 meters. from the center of Falzes, small and sunny village with supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. In winter presents his splendid sport area with ring-country skiing, ski track baby, toboggan run and fun bob. In the summer turns into a playground of the most beautiful valley.
5 km. from the charming Brunico rich in history and great shopping. Just 8 minutes drive from the ski area of ​​Plan De Corones enclosing 40km. of runs of the Dolomiti Superski, the most beautiful in Europe. For those who do not want to use the machine stop skybus under the house.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ( 2 adulti e 2 bambini ). Appartamento molto elegante pratico e spazioso, il condominio è molto silenzioso, sembra di soggiornare in un unità indipendente, ottimo il piccolo giardino, il posto auto in autorimessa collegata all' appartamento è una grande comodità. Non manca nulla e la proprietaria è molto gentile. Il paese di Falzes è tranquillo e molto curato.

Tolles Skigebiet, Wohnung na ja

Das Beste war das Skigebiet Kronplatz! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Skiwoche dort. Die Lage zum Skigebiet ist in Ordnung. Ohne Stau sind es etwa 10 Autominuten. Zur Rush-Hour (Früh 8 Uhr und Nachmittag nach 17 Uhr) dauert es auch schon mal 30 min. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung sehr schlecht. Deshalb von uns auch nur 3 Sterne. Es gibt kein Toilettenpapier, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keinen Lappen zum Geschirrspülen, keine Handtücher (auch in der Küche nicht!), kein Internet (obwohl es auf der Seite angegeben ist), keinen Wasserkocher usw. Also, am Besten alles von zu Hause mitbringen oder pünktlichst anreisen, damit die Geschäfte noch geöffnet sind, um sich mit dem Nötigsten einzudecken. Wir würden nicht noch einmal hier buchen.

Semplicemente perfetta

L'appartamento è veramente perfetto; al nostro arrivo era pulito, accogliente come nella descrizione. E' situato in una zona tranquilla e luminosa baciata dal sole, ma perfetta per soddisfare ogni esigenza, dalle passeggiate allo shopping. Dotato di tutti i comfort ha anche un giardino esterno. I proprietari sono molto disponibili; siamo stati veramente bene, ed oltre a consigliarlo ci torneremo di sicuro.

Der perfekte Ort um sich zu erholen und Südtirol zu entdecken. Gerade im Sommer ist die kühle Garage und Wohnung viel wert.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Lage ist ruhig, einzig nervig ist das Schlagen einer Wanduhr in der Wohnung darüber... Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, Betten sind sehr bequem, Bad schön, Platz ausreichend. Nähe zum Skigebiet Kronplatz ist ideal (15 Minuten mit dem Auto). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Kaffeemaschine ist nur eine kleine 1-2 Personen Espresso Maschine - hier wäre eine grössere Kaffeemaschine schön. DVD Spieler wie angegeben war leider nicht vorhanden, was wir aber nicht vermisst haben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet, mit Schlafmöglichkeit für bis zu sechs Personen: wir waren zu viert und es war platz- und bettmäßig sehr bequem, wie zu Hause! Die Lage in Pfalzen ist toll mit schönem Ausblick, im Dorf selber gibt es ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Kleinstadt Bruneck liegt sowieso nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Im Nachbardorf (Entfernung ca. 2 km) gibt es ein Gasthaus namens Winkler, dessen Küche ausgezeichnet ist. Wer ins Gebirge wandern möchte, der finder unmittelbar um Pfalzen herum verschiedene Möglichkeiten, allerdings muss man sagen, dass die bekanntesten Gipfel der Dolomiten nicht gleich im Pustertal liegen, sondern in den Nachbartälern und man muss erst dahin fahren. In unserem Fall fuhren wir jeweils ca. eine Stunden zum Sellajoch (Grödental) und zum Falzaregopass (Grenze nach Welschtirol). Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

We stayed here in January 2017 to go snowboarding on Kronplatz and we had a really great time. The apartment was perfect for us, a family of 4, though there was 2 more beds and a pull out sofa-bed so could easily house more. It has a nice small garden, that we didn't use much as it was so cold but in the summer would be lovely for a BBQ. The view of the mountains from the apartment is amazing. Shower room with washing machine, good radiators throughout for drying clothes on. A bath would be nice for the children but we got by fine without. There is secure parking accessed with a key fob. There are sledges available to use, stored in the garage, and there is a sledging run beside the nearby sports bar, which the children loved. The bus to the ski lifts is a short walk away but we drove each day and found the drive easy, only around 15/20 minutes. Parking was easy. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the kitchen was well equipped, there is no oven, only a hob and a microwave, but we managed ok, an oven would have been nice. There was lots of condiments etc left from previous visitors and indeed we left coffee, pasta, herbs etc. There was lots for the children to do in the apartment, all kinds of toys and games and books, and a couple of DVDs. We had a power cut one evening and I called Oriana, she was very helpful and told me how to reset the power. There really was nothing to complain about, all in all we loved Falzen, and Sud Tirol in general - I could live here permanently, not just on holiday.

La casa è' semplicemente come uno vorrebbe che fosse pratica calda comoda PULITA posizione fantastica tranquilla ma a 10 min dalla funivia di Riscone ,disponibilità e cortesia da parte dei proprietari ! Che dire come un film "Da non perdere!"

Appartamento davvero accogliente!

L'appartamento è situato in una palazzina molto tranquilla e poco lontana dal paese, dagli impianti sportivi e a percorsi per passeggiate rilassanti. Abbiamo trovato stanze luminose, ben arredate e pulite. La cucina è fornita di fornetto, lavastoviglie frigorifero con cella e di quanto necessario per preparare i pasti. Il bagno è ben accessoriato con box doccia comodo e dispone di lavatrice. Siamo stati davvero bene e abbiamo trascorso giorni di vera vacanza. Famiglia Cappellari Giorgio Vicenza

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era pulito ed in ottime condizioni, molto graditi i giochi per i bambini e le guide per la varie escursioni.L'appartamento è in una posizione molto favorevole per raggiungere le rinomate località vicine. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 6 ed e stata esperienza molto positiva. P.S. l'appartamento si trova in una posizione veramente tranquilla e silenziosa.

Simply Beautiful

The apartment it's Simply perfect! Clean, perfectly equipped, quiet and full of Sun. The Paln the Corones ski area, that you can reach by ski bus or by car in 10 minutes, it's amazing. A great choice that I suggest to every one. Berndt

È' il secondo anno che torno con mia moglie e mio figlio in questo splendido appartamento! la pulizia è impeccabile e tutto è davvero curato. Falzes inoltre si trova in posizione perfetta per escursioni in tutta la Val Pusteria che non si finisce mai di scoprire. Una settimana bianca fantastica

L'appartamento è molto bello e pulito. Non manca niente, persino i giochi per i bambini. Lo skibus è proprio sotto casa e comunque con la macchina in 10 minuti si arriva alle piste. La cordialità e l'ospitalità poi non manca. La signora Oriana è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito anche tutte le informazioni prima della partenza. Non posso che esprimere un parere positivo! Spero di poter ritornare presto. Caratteristiche preferite: Informazioni ricevute prima dell’arrivo - Posizione - Servizi per lo sci - Arredamento - Attrezzatura cucina
