"The breakfast was fabulous! Lots of great choices and excellent coffee. The room was small, but clean. It had a kettle and fridge and the bathroom had great lighting. The fridge wasn't super cold but I just assumed it was working. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and accommodating with arrival time. "

"We recently stayed at Hotel H and were underwhelmed by the experience. The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. Interactions were brief and lacked warmth, with barely a hello or acknowledgement. Housekeeping was also a letdown. While the room was superficially clean, we noticed that they had missed several items on the floor, leaving us to wonder how thorough the cleaning really was. The rooms themselves are functional, but that's about it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the windows didn't provide much insulation, making the room chilly at night. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend Hotel H to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."
