"I stayed here during a business trip. The staff were warm, polite, and excellent. They were very helpful regarding items I had left behind; for instance, when they were unsure if something I had left in the room was needed or not, they promptly checked with me—showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was a comfortable space where Japanese TV programs were playing (they even had an international golf channel)."
