The cleanliness of the room and the staff’s attentiveness were outstanding, but the breakfast operation was terrible. There was a clear imbalance between the number of guests in the restaurant and the quantity and placement of the food. I had to move from my assigned seat to the opposite side where the food was placed. Naturally, this meant leaving my seat whenever I needed to get something else, during which time insects could get on the food. Additionally, although there were several coffee makers available, there was a shortage of mugs. The idea of squeezing your own orange juice was good, but it became unsanitary when done by numerous people. However, the staff’s overall responsiveness and communication were exceptional.
