Noisy Airconditioner
I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day.

Memorable experience
Impressive large and comfortable room. Good lake view. Quiet location meet 5min walk to old town. Surprising welcoming treat. Nice and helpful staff. Good value for money. Will stay here next time.

This hotel was extremely clean and quiet with excellent amenities. They had a little kitchenette and we were able to cook. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and the bus is free to travel throughout Geneva and to the airport.
