Aurora Pheasant Run Winery Hotels

"Good hotel in downtown Portland. Shops and restaurants can be found nearby. Easy to walk to a number of places of interest. Safe and clean area around the hotel. Staff was friendly. On-site restaurant (Taylor’s Tavern) was convenient and actually pretty good. Would stay here again. "

"Overall amazing stay & service. Wish there was more communication among the staff about billing options. I had to leave a staging deposit even though I did prior to my Expedia travel package. Just to later be informed I didn’t need to leave a stay in deposit. I hope this gets resolved as I would wish to come back and hope I get my deposit reimbursed. Overall thank you for the great hospitality. "

"I was greeted by Iman, who was incredibly friendly, professional and kind. She accommodated my request to check in early without hesitation, walked me to the area where the elevator to my section was and even gave me a warm, fresh cookie. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was varied with plenty of fresh dishes and fruit. But what does more than anything for a return visit is always the people and how I am treated. Iman, the host at breakfast and the gentleman who checked me out made all of the difference. "

"The staff were friendly checking in and out. The room was clean. The remote for the TV was horrible, you had to have it at a certain height and angle to work. The microwave sounds like it was going to break, but did work. The bed felt comfortable at first until it wasn't. Little sleep because the toilet would run then not run then run again. We missed breakfast due to doctors appointment, so cannot comment on that. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this was our experience. "
