Stylish, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home nestled in the heart of the Rittenhouse District. The gourmet kitchen features white cabinetry, quartz countertops. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a European soaking tub. The 3rd level primary suite has a gorgeous spa ensuite bath equipped with heated floors, a luxurious steam shower and multiple shower heads. Just a short walk to Rittenhouse Square, South Street and Broad Street subway line with excellent dining/upscale shopping options. Located on a quiet, neighborhood street in the heart of Philadelphia within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

Amazing communication. Beautiful space with tons of room, great light, and super amenities. Amazing location - just minutes from the Orange line so if you’re attending a sporting event and need a great base camp this is it.Great neighbourhood, quiet, with everything you could ask for. One of the best spots I’ve stayed at - with amazing hosts who provide you with clear professional and detail oriented communication.Book this!
