Convenient
Close to everything but on noisy street. Oven has limited temperature options but was sufficient for us. Shower head needs replacing. TV has Netflix, Prime Video, and others.

Great access to Philly
Excellent little house in a lovely neighborhood. Parking was a bit tight for a 12 passenger van, but we worked it out. Good kitchen, great beds. Any slight hiccups were resolved with the owner quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

Great property, awful communication
The property itself is great, but I had an awful time communicating with the property manager. They tried to get me to send a photo of myself holding my driver's license. I've never had that request before, and it wasn't disclosed as a requirement in the rental agreement. I pushed back and did not have to send my ID. That part seemed extremely sketchy, especially with how pushy the property manager was in attempting to get it.

Convenient location
We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The location was very convenient in regards to being close to campus as we move their daughter back into school. The white noise devices were extremely helpful in getting to sleep since the front Road is a busy one. The apartment was in excellent condition and very clean upon our arrival. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Main Line
House was comfortable and easy access to I76 to get to colleges and Downtown Philly. Comfortable beds. Only 1 shower ,and toilet in upstairs bathroom installed in wrong spot so difficult to use if adult sized. Would rent again but would appreciate a little more detail to kitchen items. Frying pan was old and needs replacing and no paper towels or trash bags were found.

My stay in Bryn Mawr
My experience was good. The only problems was the code that was given to me did not work to gain access to the property. Only 1 t.v. remote worked in the house.

Perfect spot!
Had a group of college friends together for the first time in 10 years to play golf and 4 of us stayed here for the night…. Walk to bars/restaurants and the place is perfect!

Excellent stay
This property was just as described. Very spacious and clean! Plenty of extra amenities and things you may have forgotten to pack. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean! I would definitely stay here again!
