I live in Philly and planned on staying here for one night after attending a wedding nearby in Bala Cynwyd. The property is outdated and garishly designed. You can tell they've attempted to upgrade over the years by just adding a hodgepodge of wall and ceiling accents/lights, and a dozen different paint colors. The maids were using old shopping carts to carry linens and cleaning equipment. There were two types of old linoleum flooring in the room that my sneakers were sticking to as soon as I walked in. The lights were bright white and one of them buzzed loudly which was off-putting and I turned it off right away. There was an overwhelming smell of a cheap air freshener that gave me a headache. I got back to the hotel at 12:30am and immediately grabbed my overnight bag and turned in my key at the front desk as I was not comfortable staying the night at all. The front desk attendant didn't even bother pausing his personal phone call or ask why I was leaving in the middle of the night. Wasted $161 on a hotel room that I didn't even sleep in because it was so uncomfortable, and is absolutely not worth the price they're charging. Plus, I had to pay for a Lyft in the middle of the night to drive me the 30 mins home. Overall, waste of time and money and would never recommend staying here to anyone.

The power in the hotel was out and I had to wear I would have downtown down in the lobby before they got the front desk came back then I get in the room there was no ice on the available to be used for my drinks then there was no remote to the TV in my room so I had to keep going back down to the front desk I will not let nobody stay at this hotel it's not a good place to stay

Room dressers didn’t close. They kept sliding open. The parking is next to non existent. Not enough parking to cater for the amount of guests. My remote to my tv didn’t work and the guy just changed the batteries and said it should works it didn’t. When I tried to call the front, they had the phones on a loop so the calls wouldn't come thru. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. And I left my watch and within an hour of calling them to alert them exactly where I left it, they said it wasn’t there. I got a ping that my watch is now 12 min from the hotel. So someone found it. I Usually don’t complain about things but everything was just straight ghetto. Never again.
