-2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 - Queen bed with an small single futon for child, desk and full bath. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, desk and a chair .
-3rd Floor: Master Bedroom #3 - king bed, desk and full bath.
-Basement: A bonus area with an additional living room / game room and 2x single beds via trundle ; Bedroom #4 - Queen Bed ; Full Bathroom #3 ; baby crib. Also there is a foosball table and washer and dryer.
-Roof deck: Beautiful rooftop deck with brand new furniture and amazing skyline views.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in downtown Philadelphia (Bella Vista), we are just short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. The location is central to everything the city has to offer and if a great home base. Italian and Mexican markets are just 1 block! If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop is only 2 blocks down or a taxi/uber is just outside your front door.
