Great neighborhood

This is a 3rd floor walk up unit. Tons of great light, tiny kitchen with no way to use the oven (no pans, hot mats, only pots and pans). Bed is extremely lumpy and noisy when you turn over on it. Back patio is nice but does not include the long table or couch in the picture. The amenities are limited: you only get enough towels for your number of guests. There are extra pillows but no extra pillowcases. No hairdryer, the couch moves on the floor easily and is not connected together.

Disappointing

This is not a lovely apartment. It starts with the entry door to the building which is busted out and left with a loose makeshift latch that provides no security. Pot lights and HVAC grills had hanging black cobwebs. The hallways were exceedingly dirty and unpainted forever. The washer and dryer were in a filthy dungeon three floors below. The vaunted rooftop deck had a wood table that collapsed upon touching, causing me to purchase bolts just to make it stand up. The kitchen table is an Ikea style four-part shelf unit with a board covered in contact paper for the top. All furniture was cheap and worn out (the back of the sofa was actually broken). Air mattress had numerous holes - needed to purchase a kit to repair. Stay away!
