DO NOT STAY HERE

This listing is inaccurate and dishonest. We stayed here one night to celebrate our 17th anniversary. We reached out to the host about our concerns with the inaccuracies and safety of the property with NO response. We are so frustrated with our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The ONLY good thing about our stay was the location.

Go anywhere else! Don't be tempted to deal with this a***ole

Flat not as advertised, power went off, no towels and missing furniture. When I complained - politely and justifiably - I got told by Glenn Powell via Whatsapp to vacate the property by 5pm or he'd call the cops. He cancelled the remaining 2 days so I had to find somewhere fast. Luckily I could and as a single traveller it was OK, for a family it would be harder. I got refunded 2 days but that's not the point - I do not expect to be treated like this while using a reputable accommodation service. I have complained to Bookabach and asked for Glenn to be de-listed. I am an easy-going older guy from New Zealand and it takes a lot to make me mad - I usually don't give it the time - but this is an exception.

We all enjoyed our stay but wish the stair situation was stated in the initial details.

We loved the neighborhood, the patio was nice to sit out on and the rooms were clean and nice. The stairs were not easy to climb as they were very steep and winding. The only issue we had were the stairs, otherwise it was a great stay in Philly. The beds were pretty comfy.
