"The staff and facility were all great! The pool was overrun by kids at all times of the day so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Perhaps there can be adult hours v. kids play time? The elevators were the most disappointing for a large hotel like this. So many people staying with only 2 slow elevators ..."

"The hotel was being remodeled when we visited, but they put us on the 10th floor so we would not hear any of the construction. The room we were in was newly remodeled, and very clean. My only complaint was the road outside was very noisy, and hated having to pay an additional $37 a day to park, when ..."

"房间的卫生一般，我住三个晚上，都可以不换床单，搞到我的皮肤不舒服，感觉服务不是很友好，还有就是早餐用餐时间明明是6：30至11：30，但我11：10到那个服务员就很不好的大声告诉我关门了，态度非常的差，一天的好心情就给她影响了"
