"Excelent location and amenities"

"The staff were so nice. However the hotel said it came with air conditioners. The room was stuffy and had thermostat set to 75. I was not able to adjust the temperature and when asked the staff explained the temperature was regulated by the facility. The staff were so nice and brought us a portable fan. All it did was circulate the hot air though. "

"I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel. What i received was a tiny penalty box with uneven bed (1/2 of it was noticeably 1/2 inch higher than the other half) and fixtures with visible wear. Definitely not deserving of 4 star hotel classification as I've been in holiday inn express that were nicer and more comfortable. Far better accommodations can be found at this price level over by chuo, ginza, akihabara. Not sure if this experience is average for shinjuku, but i wont risk another bad hotel and wont stay in shinjuku again for my future trips."

"The most important part of this review is that we saw a few areas of suspected mold. We didn't do a mold test so can't be sure, but both in the bathroom in our room and the vent above the coffee machine there were a lot of black specks. Besides that, the room was cozy, but the bed left us itchy. The staff were very friendly, and very much the highlight of the stay. The inn is very well positioned near the ochanomizu station and has several shopping areas within walking distance (15-60 minutes walk we found 3 good areas)."

"Room was pretty small for 3 people and the hotel seemed to be older. It worked for our trip but I expected more for the price."

"Not bad of a location. About 10 min walk to station. Clean. It’s really close to the red light district if your into that. 7 11 is about a few min walk away. Close to a dotonbori. This place doesn’t have a high tech viewing system of the laundry timer but they have a seperated building that can do laundry faster. Staff and rooms were good and small tho"

"For the rate, it was a good room with good amenities. It was super close to the subway station which saved us a lot of time on our commute."
