Nothing fancy but the rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. Beach and boardwalk access doesn’t get better in Philipsburg.

This hotel is terrible. The staff is rude and don't communicate with each other at all. One person says one thing and the other says another. My checkout was 11:00 and as I was sitting down waiting on my taxi they were banging on my door at 10:30 asking when I was leaving. I would not stay here again! Try the hotel next door I believe it's called "Holland" hotel? Do not book here!

We had to book a room at last minute as our flight was canceled. This hotel was very accommodating. Check-in was fast, easy efficient. All the staff that we encountered were amazing. The rooms were a little dated, but extremely clean the bed was comfortable, and the view and location was amazing. Would definitely recommend. restaurant below it was amazing as well.

Great location, just off beach and boardwalk, beach chairs available from restaurant downstairs if open and you buy a drink, if not there are plenty of places to rent two chairs and an umbrella for $10. Room was large and clean, a bit dated, but completely functional. Front desk staff was helpful and provided storage for our bags.

Good location, on boardwalk, with a view of the water, and very spacious rooms. It is an older hotel and our kitchen and appliances were not in great shape. The photos online looked way better than our room's reality.

Philipsburg is best avoided but if you had to stay there this is a fairly decent hotel, even if a little frayed around the edges. It is right on the boardwalk. We had a very large room with a separate living room overlooking the beach and kitchenette. There is no patio but you can open the front window completely to feel like you’re sitting outside. The large king bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is minimally stocked. It is very expensive but that seems to be the norm for Philipsburg. The main problem was the lack of sound insulation. The reception is not very helpful so don’t rely on them for information. OK for a couple of days but I wouldn’t recommend for longer.
