“Very nice bungalow. We had plenty of room and the home was pristine and well appointed. We were evn able to have our granddaughters spend the night. Our 84lb Bernedoodle service dog felt right at home and enjoyed the fenced yard and walks on the quiet street. This property was in the perfect location to visit our son. We will definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the property was exactly what we were looking for in a mountain getaway peaceful, private, and immersed in the woods with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.The home was clean, quiet, and met our needs well for a restful escape. The hosts were communicative and supportive, although we did not need to reach out during our stay.The driveway is definitely mountain-style, so guests should come prepared and be mindful of the vehicle they bring, but the secluded setting……

“We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic views from this cabin -- literally on top of the mountain. Hot tub was great, love the rocking chairs on the front porch, and really appreciate the games and "activites" in the house (like the basetball game in the basement). It was easy to bring our teenage boys and enjoy some down time for spring break. I'm sure the roads would be dicey in the winter but loved it and would definately stay there again.”

“This is a beautiful little cottage on a gorgeous property. The hot tub is great, and is the cleanest, best maintained hot tub we've ever experienced in a rental. All in all, a great little spot to use as our home base while running around all weekend to attend family wedding events.A few items where there was room for improvement: 1. We reached out to the host the morning of check-in to see if there was a haridryer in the unit, but apparently they did not receive our message until the next day.……

“Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! That was definitely the highlight for us. Plenty of space for them to run around. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. I would have left 5 stars, but have to rate it overall 4 for the hot tub not being clean (had dirt and leaves in it so we did not use it) and window AC units needed a good cleaning. Other than that, overall a good place to stay in the area, especially with pets!”

“It was ok. To get entry code one day ahead, I had to call. Customer service is awesome. Spoke to Westa, she was very helpful. Initially right after checking in there was some odor a, house is lot opened for a while. AC was irregular- cold in 1st level but feel hot upper levels. One would feel cold air hitting feet while standing near kitchen sink! Bathroom were new. Not extra towels or sheets! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils.we left specula/ tongs as well. Outside grill was disaster. We……

“My family loved our stay at this cabin on Lake Shannondale! It was so amazingly peaceful and lovely, I would choose to rent with Mountain Mama again in a heartbeat. We were provided a guidebook that held all essential information, provided linens (even hot tub towels), kitchen essentials, shower toiletries and a super clean and well stocked place. I loved that some of the supplies were Costco brand such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because that's what we use at home. The cabin……
