  • Sweet two bedroom cottage on Small Point Road, close to Head Beach, Hermit Island Campground, the Lobster House Restaurant, Popham and Popham Beach State Park, as well as many other Phippsburg area attractions.
    The space
    This cottage is White Saged. White Sage vacations puts your comfort and the care of the planet first.
    We have reduced our plastic footprint by making all products used refillable. all products are thoughtfully sourced with care for the planet and people. Vacation with care.
    Other things to note
    Cell service is minimal with Verizon (one bar) and may be unavailable with other carriers. When our internet is up and running we will indicate that in the listing but it is not available presently.

Lovely home with plenty of space and seating. Not the most comfortable of beds but we enjoyed the space. Perfect location and would love to stay again.

We had a very nice 10-day stay at this cottage. The location was great for us, the house was as expected from the listing, and we were generally very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive leading up to and during our stay.The main area that could use improvement is the cleaning. There was some trash left inside when we arrived, and the kitchen—particularly the stovetop, sink, and some of the smaller surfaces and items—needed a more thorough cleaning. There was also noticeable dust and cobwebs in some areas. Given the high cleaning fee, we expected better.A few other minor issues: rugs near the stairs and kitchen felt like tripping hazards, and some of the lighting could also be improved. We also noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink and some water around the full bathroom toilet. We cleaned those up and they didn't come back, but it's worth a second look by the owner.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the cottage and location were a good fit for us. We would definitely return, but with some additional attention to cleaning and a few maintenance details, it would be an excellent rental.
