Wonderful staff

Great location in central Phnom Penh with walking distance to many attractions but still quite at the hotel. Staff is so lovely and service minded, always with a smile. Rooms are good and have everything you need. Only negative thing about the room is the bed is really hard. Overall a great stay and very good value for your money. Read some other rewrites about women not feeling safe. As a solo female I felt 100% safe at the hotel at all times. Room door have beside a lock also a security chain. Again all the staff at the hotel are wonderful.

Very helpful staff but no blanket in room

Very helpful staff! Appreciated with their help in contacting the coach company we booked before. However, there's no blanket and hair dryer in the room are unacceptable. And the floor wasn't clean.

在景点大皇宫附近，比较方便，但周边环差些，人流，商铺密集。我们住的四人房间有股味道，洗手间小，电插座少。

so different with the pictures on website

It/s very close to the traditional market ,by feet you can go to the national museum . the royal palace ,and riverside cafes .But the floor of room is not clean enough .By the way ,the pillows are very uncomfortable!

Clean. Maid excellent. But arrived in room and the receptionist pointed out that the AC didn’t work and was either full on or off and remote didn’t work. Nothing he could do. I told him there was a lot he could do. Like get me a new room. He did. And in the new room the safe didn’t work. Next morning they offered to switch rooms for that. I couldn’t be bothered.

Old and gloomy rooms

Unfortunately, the room that I stay is very untidy and dimmed. The furniture in room is really old and should be discarded. Blanket is a thin cloth bedsheet. Floor matt is old and dirty. A small old tv on a table. In all, it’s not good to stay for even a night. Wonder if all the rooms are that poor as this room?

Consistently excellent. .....again!

I stay here often. The hotel is in a excellent location and quite at night. Staff provide excellent service. ....the hotel is clean and comfortable. Some rooms are showing some wear and tear however in no way does this affect comfort or security.....l I'll keep coming back!!
