Amazing staff. Great restaurant! Only reason this does not get 5 star is the view from the front rooms. One of the reasons I booked this place is the view of the river but they do not inform you that there is a very large building being constructed in front. View is gone. Location is not great to walk to other restaurants and bars..not much around.

Very friendly atmosphere and comfortable new room

Our 3-night stay was very pleasant. Room is clean and the hotel staff are wonderfully attentive. Travel from hotel to interesting places by tuk-tuk is convenient.  During our stay, hotel is in the soft opening phase and has offered us free dinner at its restaurant.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Happy hour at the rooftop bar is well worth it, we ended up staying until closing time. Only issue is if you are in a group with multiple rooms then get rooms on the same floor because you need to use your room key in the elevator and you can only go to your floor or meet in the lobby.

Best Value in PP. This is my favorite place to stay in PP, and I always go there for their buffet breakfast, rooftop swimming pool, spacious rooms, elegant atmosphere, etc. One suggestion: the rooms' bathrooms need a shower curtain.

Very lovely staff and beautiful hotel. Ant in the room, but they were very kind to help us with that. Be sure what is in the room for you when arriving, so they don't think somethings missing when youre leaving.

Totally recommend LCS. The manager is a very happy n friendly person which goes down through the staff. Best comfortable beds in South East Asia without doubt . Can recommend LCS as a choice of place to stay in Phnom Penh. Definitely will be back to LCS .

This property is in a good location on the main riverside drive. Easy to get around except for some reason many of the cabs/tuc tuc drivers didn’t know where to go even when I showed them the address on the business card or on google. It was annoying because some of them took us to the wrong hotels. The rooms are nice, stayed in a junior suite, it was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My flight didn't arrive until 11pm and I didn't get to the hotel until around 11:45 pm. They were very nice and never complained once. They were even nice when I had to call down as I didn't know how to operate the air conditioner

I have been a loyal customer for the past year, and have always enjoyed my stay at LCS. However, this last stay was so stressful, that I can never again stay at LCS. Your policy of requiring a CASH deposit caused all sorts of trouble, and I had to phone someone to come and loan me the cash. As a result, you will not see me again at LCS.
