“Totally overpriced we paid $1500/night, should have been max $300/night. They claim they are a 5-star hotel but this is a 3 star place at best. I can’t comprehend that this place is a Taj collection hotel. We have stayed at many and there is NO comparison with Taj Gangtey and other 5 stars Taj hotels we have stay at. Don’t book.”
“Very nice place, with good food. But very expensive, particularly by Bhutanese standards. There's another place with a fantastic view directly overlooking the Punakha Zhong that is included in the package tour prices, so you don't have to pay extra. ”
“Good hotel but they had nothing to do contrary to what was shown and staged on the website. The staff was helpful. Nice property but it’s in a remote area and the hotel had a spa but no one working there !”
“On 26.05.18 while reaching Khuru Resort, they denied your confirmation. We arranged new Hotel on high rate cause huge sufference. Please refund my entire amount paid to you & received by you immediately.”
