Convenient Keurig coffee maker, regular Mr Coffee pot, water kettle for traditional tea making, toaster, crock pot, mixer...all the small appliances you need if you want to cook at home. Tons of dishware, glasses, mixing bowls, etc

We have two KING size beds waiting to "lull" you to sleep. Relax after a busy day in the main bedroom, offering a walk-in closet & a private bathroom for added comfort. Both bathrooms have large vanities with granite tops. AND both bathrooms have hair dryers! Quality linens and pillows. A comfy leather sofa and chair plus a large flat screen TV. TVs in both bedrooms, Amazon firesticks provided.

Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer. Complete with iron and ironing board. We provide your first few days of supplies such as; laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.

Our community is gated and private. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

Pet friendly, one dog up to 20lbs, additional fee of $20/per night up to $200 per stay.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional guest fee above 2 total guests is $10 per guest per night.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.
