several nuisances. Coffee maker wasn’t working. There were not even a few coffee pods provided as there usually is in most VRBOs. Tv remote batteries were dying, difficult to use therefore. Sliding barn doors on laundry came off of track, quite dangerous if they were to fall. No hand towels, and no bath mat in one bathroom. Toiletry items were EXTREMELY cheap and 1/3 full. If dollar store products are to be used, they could at least be new, full bottles. Toilet paper was of the cheapest grade and horrible. These were not what was expected at a place adjacent to very luxurious area. There were only 4 glasses, meaning they had to be washed constantly. Beds were very comfortable. Place was clean. Customer service was very responsive to the issues presented. Location is excellent, Westin Kierland directly across the street. Parking spot is directly in front of unit.
