Awesome place !

This vrbo was a great place to stay. The backyard with the pool and hot tub was a fun place to relax and hang out.

Adult family vacation

Property has everything needed for relaxation. Space for group interaction, as well as spaces to be quiet and read, watch TV, relax away from the group. Close to botanical garden and Hole in the Rock formation.

Needs less than a 1

If I could give this property and the manager a -5, I would. From the minute we arrived, we knew it was not going to live up to the listing. There were people in the park shooting off fireworks, the outdoor space required care, and we shared the property with cockroaches. The host responded to the outdoor complaints and tried to rectify the outdoor space. However, they have yet to respond about the later found cockroaches. We ended up leaving the property- not even staying one night. We were charged the full stay, had to pay to stay at another location and again have had no response about the cockroaches. Thankfully, we booked through VRBO and they have been advocating on our behalf. I wouldn't wish this 3 month nightmare on anybody or recommend anyone staying at this property or with this host....ever!
