Great Place
Desert Shores was as perfect a location that you can get. It was centrally located and close to everything. Our condo was fabulous. Very clean and very well stocked with anything you need as far as housewares are concerned. Our host was great, I never needed to talk to her, but she kept in contact via e-mail throughout our stay. Comforting to know she was available and concerned on how our stay was. How ever you grade 10 out 10, 5 stars or AAA, Desert Shores was that good for us.

Perfect location, lovely condo!
The condo was exactly as described. Large wrap around covered deck overlooking a small lake. The lake has a walking path for owners/guests. There is a small fishing platform however we didnt use it. Location was very quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

GCU graduation weekend.
We loved the location, lake and pool! All members of our family went for walks around the lake and enjoyed the pool. Very peaceful with the doves singing. Unit was super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

Desert Shores Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the adjustable guest shower head was especially appreciated. We loved the lake view and enjoyed the walking path in the mornings. We also enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony and swimming in the pool in the afternoon.

The perfect escape
We stayed here for a week from April 11th -18th, 2024. The unit was spacious and well laid out. Everything we needed was included here as well. And the cleaning was exceptional. Being a corner unit and so close to the lake was icing on the cake. We couldn't have been any happier with our experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation spot!

Visit With Family
This home was the best. It was in a great location, and most of all, it was CLEAN, decorated beautifully, and peaceful. It was as advertised and more. The owner was delightful—our entire experience was A+++. I'll definitely return to this property when visiting family in the area.

Great time in Phoenix
We just returned from our stay at this property. It is even better than the pictures. It was very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked for anything you would want to prepare.The condo community has nice pool, pickleball/tennis courts and walking path. Everything you need is at the condo. This place is awesome! Even the other guests/residents are great. Location is central to many things. We always chose to drive because there were always a lot of people on the sidewalks. Busy neighborhood but condo community is very quiet. We would stay at this location again!

Clean and nicely appointed
This condo has been updated and is nicely decorated. Master bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, good toilet paper, and the host was friendly and responsive. The patio area has comfortable seating and a great view of the pond. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to return.

Just as advertised!
We truly enjoyed our time here! Nice location and the added bonus of the wrap around patio and lake views made for a relaxing stay. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you need & the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. Felt more like staying in someone’s home instead of a rental. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Phoenix!

Comfortable and convenient
We love the Desert Shore complex for visiting our kids at GCU. It’s 12 minutes to campus and easy access to so many restaurants and venues. The unit was comfortable and the owners were responsive.

Good holiday choice!
We needed a place as centrally located as possible to visit with the many family members who live in the wide Phoenix area. It was very convenient to go east or west or north or south. The condo had what we needed for ourselves and those who visited us. So much better than a hotel - for meals, privacy, the lake view for integrating the many memories - old and new. My husband kept saying what I great job I had done choosing this condo.

Great Oasis in the desert
Check in process was very helpful, instructions sent with plenty of time ahead. Only issue was instructions for WiFi had wrong network and password (which is was trying to use) but info in the condo was accurate. Condo was very clean, and had many modern amenities. Will definitely book with this property again when I come back for business.

Just what you want from a stay out of town…convenient yet quiet, a nice lake to walk around, clean and comfortable. Hosts were absolutely wonderful and directions and access to keys, etc was easy. Condo had everything you need. Really nice stay and we plan to stay again!

Perfect Location and Stay
We loved this property. We came down for GCU family weekend and it was close to everything. We woke up every morning and sat on the patio and it was so peaceful and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Amazing Condo!
Super clean, had everything we wanted. Loved sitting on the deck watching the birds on the pond, we even saw ducklings. Comfortable bed, updated shower. Loved the pool for cooling off. We hope to be back!

Super cute decor and comfy beds
Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a home I’ve rented! Really loved that I slept like a baby here. Place was clean and super cute decorations. Also enjoyed the giant balcony and views of the lake. Walked around the lake on the path almost daily.

Gem in AZ Perfect in everyway
Visiting family in Peoria AZ for a week. Drove from Ione CA It was a very hot week ! However, this unit is perfectly positioned between two floors and no direct sun inside to heat things up. Very quiet! We did not hear anything from anywhere. Peaceful! The elevator was great , secure key access. Worked great when getting groceries. The inside is a beach theme making you feel like you're on vacation. My mother 91,was overjoyed when spending time here . Felt like she was on vacation. Definitely a premier property. Our next visit to AZ will include booking this unit if available. Thanks Millie :)

Amazing amazing amazing
I absolutely loved this place. My life is crazy. I walked in here and my stress disappeared. Moved my daughter for ASU to storage. I worked from there and was so quite I was able to take calls without earbuds outside on the balcony. Neighbors were so nice and the walk around the lake was so nice. I can’t even tell you how amazing this time was. The owners were responsive and kind. For a NYer who has nothing nice to say I can’t praise this place enough.

The condo was very nice and clean. Amenities are great! King bed comfy! The hot tub felt great after long hikes. It was fun playing pickleball and we enjoyed watching the wildlife while walking around the pond.

I hesitate to give a glowing report for one reason. EVERYONE will want to book this and we won’t be able to get in! It was exactly like the pics on line and Millie went out of her way to make sure everything was stocked. You are literally a half mile from at least 15 different restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Condo with a beautiful view.
We stayed a week in this Condo when moving our daughter to college. It was perfect, very clean and comfortable. The patio was so nice to sit and look a the view view of the water. Great little walking path around the lake to go for walks. Condo across from pool so easy and convenient to go to the pool. Fully stocked kitchen and condo stocked with many other items . The Condo seemed safe and so did the complex, lots of security. We will be coming to Phoenix often to visit my daughter and plan on renting this Condo again.

Excellent value
Millie and her team were gems. They answered all of my questions in advance, and we’re very timely in their responses. The condo was exactly as the pictures presented. All items noted that were to be provided, were provided. Everything was clean and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of pool towels. The pool wasn’t busy at all. The lake was enjoyable to walk around. Condo was near all major stores and freeways. Would definitely rent from her again!

The neighbor looked sketchy and there were a lot of homeless people on the corners and in the surrounding areas. Also, once we arrived at the condo the outside was not impressive. It looked old and outdated but when we opened the door to the condo we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and well furnished. Millie had everything in the condo to make our stay comfortable. Millie also reached out to us several times to ensure that our stay was going smoothly. The view of the pond is nice and relaxing.

Great Decision
We looked at a lot of places, and we are so happy that we chose the place we did. It met all of our expectations and needs, and there is really nothing we can say negatively about our experience. We would definitely look to stay here again, and that is, perhaps, the best compliment of all.

Great place!
We have had a great experience in the property. We enjoyed the balcony and how it overlooks the lake. The apartment has two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which made it ver convenient. The pool was definitely a plus.
