A decent spot but skip it to avoid Know Your Guest
The place itself was decent and the neighborhood isn't too bad. There were, however, a couple of issues.
The internet kept going down throughout the stay. Not sure what was making it so unreliable or if anything can be done to fix that, but I mention it in case someone has to have a stable connection.
The pullout sofa did not look safe for someone to sleep on. I would've never noticed had they not sent someone to take pictures of it while we were there. I was pretty thankful that we hadn't been counting on that for someone to sleep.
Know Your Guest is awful. The property description has been updated so it's clearer that there are more fees after booking, but I prefer Vrbo specifically to know up front what I'm paying and not be hit with a bunch of random junk fees. Even if you opt for the deposit option, you're stuck paying a fee. I would've cancelled and booked somewhere else immediately had it not been for the fact that I could only get a 50% refund since it was less than a month before my stay.
