With 3 oversized bedrooms plus a Twin rollaway, the home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests—with plenty of room to settle in.

You’ll be tucked away from the bustle while still just a short drive from ASU, Downtown Tempe, Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Beach Park.

The backyard is made for Arizona days and warm desert evenings. Enjoy your own:

Start the day poolside, cool off after exploring Tempe, or take an evening swim under the lights.

Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee of $40–$60, depending on the season and outdoor temperatures. When pool heat is purchased, spa heating is included. Please request heat at least 24 hours in advance. A 2-day minimum applies.

A public neighborhood dock is approximately a 2-minute walk from the house—perfect for an evening stroll and watching the sunset by the water.

SLEEPING & BEDROOMS

The home's three bedrooms are exceptionally spacious, giving everyone room to unpack and get comfortable.

Primary Suite: King bed, private en suite bathroom and a recliner for reading or relaxing.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ample storage.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with ample storage.

Additional Sleeping: A Twin rollaway provides sleeping space for a 7th guest. Because the bedrooms are generously sized, the rollaway can be placed in any of the three bedrooms, giving families and groups flexibility in deciding who sleeps where.

Maximum sleeping capacity: 7 guests.

The guest bathroom features a spacious shower and excellent lighting, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from breakfast before a day at ASU to dinner at home after an afternoon by the pool.

GARAGE & PARKING

Unlike many vacation rentals, the full garage is available for guest use during your stay.

Additional parking is available in the driveway and on the street, making the home especially convenient for families or groups arriving with multiple vehicles.

Enjoy 1 Gig high-speed Wi-Fi along with Smart TV entertainment. Streaming options include Hulu Sports/Live TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Downtown Tempe, Arizona State University and Tempe Beach Park are approximately 4–5 miles away, making games, graduations, campus visits, restaurants and nightlife an easy drive or Uber ride.

DOG-FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Up to 3 dogs may join your stay, subject to breed and age approval.

A $125 pet fee per stay applies.

Please pick up after your dogs. A $25 cleanup fee may be charged for pet waste left on the property.

Cats and other animals are not permitted. Unauthorized cats or other non-dog animals are subject to a $500 fee, plus any additional cleaning or damage charges.

GOOD TO KNOW

We want you to enjoy the house, pool and community while also respecting our neighbors.

• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Outside/non-registered guests require prior written approval
• Please observe community and City of Tempe noise requirements
• City noise violations may result in fines of $1,000, which are the guest's responsibility
• There are no lifeguards on duty; guests use pools, spas and recreational facilities at their own risk

POOL VACUUM: Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool. It is part of the pool's filtration system and can remain in the water while swimming. Improper removal can damage the pool equipment.
