Great location

The property description and photographs are very accurate. This is a great location to access old town, Scottsdale. It does overlook the pool which has the advantage of an open balcony area. However, you do have to expect a lot of pool activity as well as early morning cleaning and pool preparation by the staff. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the laundry is close by for longer stays. The host is super responsive, which is fantastic if issues come up or you just have general questions.

The condo was nice. The bedroom would sometimes get a little warm, but the additional A/C unit in the BR took care of that minor problem. The host provided all the amenities that we needed, including beach towels for the pool - which was peaceful and well maintained. The best thing about this condo in Old Scottsdale was its location. Restaurants, bars and Sprouts Grocery walking distance across the street; Gainey Ranch and Phoenician golf courses within 12 minutes. Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Casino both within 14 minutes drive. Overall a nice stay.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was also excellent. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they were also well maintained. The area was quiet and covered parking was easy. A Gem in Scottsdale!

This condo’s location is perfect for a trip to Scottsdale! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as things to do. The on site staff does a great job of keeping the pool area and grounds very clean. The laundry room was just steps from the condo. I wanted a nice place to stay while taking a local class, and this was perfect. I plan to stay here again, when I return next year!

Everything was perfect!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for a long weekend winter getaway! The unit is in a perfect location with the pool and hot tub a short walk away. The balcony had a perfect view of the pool with sun most of the day, but also partly shaded if needed. I enjoyed that we had a corner unit, so the bedroom didn't have any walls connected to neighbor for peace and quiet and 2 windows for a cross breeze. I also appreciated all of the little details included to make our stay even better - choice of pillow firmness, oil and seasonings for cooking, toiletries provided in the bathroom, and Alexa to help with checking out, adjusting the temperature, or just playing music! The location to bars and restaurants was perfect for us to walk to and explore the mall and shops. I didn't have a single complaint and would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about our stay at this property! The condo is beautiful and the property was perfect for our family. The owners even shipped our daughter’s sandals to us that she left there. We already recommended the link to our family when they visit Scottsdale.
