The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and full guest bathroom with tub just to the left in the hallway. A private den with sofa that expands to a full-sized bed is down the hall.

However, our fully furnished outdoor living space boasts a projector and 80-inch collapsible screen that allows you to snuggle up some mild desert evening and enjoy the enviable experience of a “summer movie in the park” right outside the sliding glass door or master bedroom patio entryway- in the dead of winter!

The Grand has two incredible resort-level swimming pool and fitness facilities* including an 18-hole golf course that criss crosses an extensive “desert-belt” hike and bike path that circumnavigates the entire neighborhood. Our community centers have weight rooms, cardio equipment, indoor and outdoor Olympic size swimming pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam rooms, meeting rooms, cafes, day spas, tennis, pickle ball, and they both offer numerous fitness classes such as pilates, dance and yoga, as well as numerous activities and social groups for your enjoyment.

There is a CVS, a Wells Fargo and a Chase Bank located inside the Grand, as well as an EMS/Fire Station with a 4-minute response time.
