Beautiful Condo in Scottsdale Arizona

This condo was remodeled this year (2021). This beautiful condo has two master bedroom s. It is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Where you find restaurant s , shopping of all types, bars, socializing in the hub of activities. Barrett Jackson Auction, spring training and of course lots of golf courses in the immediate area. Activities wise there are many places to go hiking . ( mountains, flat ) A lot of beautiful , fine dinning restaurants.
( Note)
Durning the winter months the boilers are set to heat. It is controlled from the association. This means there is no A/C during these months. We do have a portable A/C unit in the condo. Ceiling fans in each room. We also have oscillating fans.

Perfect escape
Great location (groceries & sports bar across the street) great condo, enjoyed the private outdoor seating area, pool and massive hot tub/spa to relax the tired muscles after golf each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the VRBO hosts.

This property was as advertised! Very comfortable for 4 adults at the end of their 10-day vacation. Location was perfect and complex was quiet and relaxing. Convenient to all activities in and around Scottsdale and Phoenix. We would definitely consider staying here on our next trip to the area.

Enjoyable introduction to Phoenix
This was our first visit to Phoenix, and Scottsdale was the perfect introduction. The condo was exactly as presented - very clean, well taken care of, and a lot of little extras for their guests. It's obvious the owners take great pride in their condo and they genuinely want their guests have an enjoyable experience. The two televisions were awesome and the cable stations were much appreciated, as we were able to continue to watch our favourite sports! The balcony area is terrific and a favourite place to relax and read. Communication was always prompt and helpful. The condo complex and grounds are well maintained and the dog walking area is convenient. The community is also well cared for and feels very safe. Location was great - grocery store, T.J.Maxx and restaurants within a short walking distance. Overall, a five-star experience.
