Great place to relax!

We are in between houses in the valley and needed a place to stop and relax before moving/ unpacking. This was the perfect place that was quiet and the pool/spa was very enjoyable.

Great pool and spa!

We loved the backyard pool and spa. Being heated, we were able to enjoy it even on cooler days. The owners were responsive when we needed them, and the location was great.

Lots of noise

Between the neighbors dogs barking all day and night and the jets from the air force base flying overhead all day long it was very noisy. Location was great for golfing, but not great for riding bike. Master bed was very uncomfortable.

We loved staying here this house has everything you need and more. The owners are easy to converse with the house has so many amenities. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Arizona.

It was great having a fully stocked and equiped house. The host Sabrina was very good at quick responses to all my enquiries. The Hot Tub and heated pool were used almost daily and worked excellently without any issues. This was my first Snowbird experience and I definately will be coming back next winter.

The house was as advertised in a pretty quiet neighborhood, other than the dogs next door (what can you do about that?) Well stocked... Plenty of tv channels.... Would recommend....

Great house/location

Location is great and close to the Air Force base. The house was well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The owners were easy to reach and accommodating. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect Game, Perfect Stay!

We came down for a four day baseball tournament with Perfect Game at the Cleveland Indians training facility. The house was only a short distance, the pool and hot tub were perfect! We plan to stay again soon!!

Great place

This was visit #2 for us. The house is near our daughter's home where she lives with her three babies. The spa and pool were a welcome activity for the kids and adults to share experiences at Christmas time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Clean and comfortable

I have stayed in countless Vrbos and this might be my favorite! Clean spacious house with TV's in all the right places lol. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything your need including spices etc. Pool and hot tub was super awesome and relaxing. Backyard we a geat place to chill and BBQ too. Neighborhood was clean and felt safe. When we come back to Phoenix we will most likely stay there again.

As Always a Great Place to Stay

This is our family’s second stay at the property. We wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay again. The home has had a few updates since last year with the new hardwood flooring throughout the bedrooms & main area. Our family took great advantage of the pool with the warm weather (high 80s-90s) and if not in the pool, relaxing in the chaises reading a book under the covered structure. Before the trip—Great communication with the owner—they respond very quickly. We had zero issues during the trip and did not need to reach out to them. This is definitely a location that we recommend and look forward to staying at again.

Great home for us and our pup during our winter getaway!

We enjoyed our extended stay and are so thankful for the opportunity to bring along our Labrador retriever. The house was perfect for us and for gathering with our family who live in the area. The HOA park was very nice & convenient to walk our pup every morning & evening. We explored lots of great hiking trails all around Phoenix, including a day in Sedona. The Hot Tub was a big hit with one of the coldest winters in years! Sabrina & Kurt were very responsive & Craig was quick to help out when needed. We highly recommend this home, especially for pet owners and families. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.
