Excellent getaway

Mark and Dina took great care of us. We all came into the VRBO starving just to find a nice basket with some snacks. Would highly recommend!

Phoenix for a Wedding

Stayed at the home with a couple of families for a baseball tournament. Check in was easy, house was exactly as described and very clean. Hostess was awesome with great communication. Highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic stay for golfing

Stayed at their property with 11 guys for a few days to go to three courses. The house has tons of spaces and beds. Dina and Mark are fantastic and help at every step. We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub is also great and putting green helped facilitate some competitions. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great! Wonderful! Got lots of family, this is the place! Centrally located, close to lots! Young and older alike were so happy with this place! Host make sure there is lots to do, they keep in touch, have made a very inviting place for your vaca!

This property has everything we needed. Snack basket, great beds, nice pool, and played some corn hole. Super hot time of the year and the A/C worked very well. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and always answered our questions quickly.

Perfect home for a family trip

The home was perfect for our family vacation. Pool & jacuzzi were occupied of the trip! The kids had a blast in the man cave.Furnishings were modern & comfortable. I usually don’t sleep well in VRBO’s & we all slept DEEPLY in cushy beds with soft linens. There was also Adequate parking for the 4 families that joined us on the trip. Recommend highly!

Beautiful & Spacious Home! We loved our stay

This house is absolutely amazing! There are plenty of rooms and beds to choose from, 2 comfortable living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and an impressive backyard. We spent most of our time in the jacuzzi and pool to escape the AZ heat. There is an abundance of lounging areas, our favorite was the hammocks in the backyard! Overall, this house was beautiful, neat, and comfortable for our group. 1000% recommend staying at this place for a family/friend get together! We will definitely be back :)

Jeri's Birthday trip with the kids

This property was amazing and everything that was advertised. Mark and Dina were great hosts and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and close to everything that we wanted to do. The pool was awesome and our 9 grandkids spent most of the day having great cousin time. My wife Jeri and I took all kids and grandkids to the Hammock House for her 62nd birthday and it couldn't have been better. There was even a birthday basket and card for Jeri when we got into the house. Thanks Mark and Dina for making our trip over the top Awesome!!!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!

GCU Family Weekend

We were in town for GCU Family Weekend and this rental provided us with the ability to host our daughter's friends and their families for a BBQ. The home is very well stocked and has plenty of activities to entertain everyone. The location is excellent -- close to stores, restaurants, and freeway. Amazing & Thoughtful

What an amazing weekend at a well layout home. This place had everything you could possible need and more. The temperature hovered around 109 - 114, yet with the wonderful pool and great air-conditioning in the home, so so happy! This home was very close to anything you could need or want. Places to walk first thing in the morning and of course that pool, just a wonderful place to relax, work, rest, and play. Truly thank you for a wonderful weekend. The Ladies agree, we need to make this home an annual trip to let our hair down and relax.

Gorgeous home!

We were in town for a funeral. Dina was wonderful; so quick to respond to all of our questions regarding the house and the area. The house was pristine, everyone loved the pool and all of the toys, games and activities that were provided. If we’re in Phoenix again, we will definitely reach out to Dina!

Wonderful! So clean and perfect for a family!

This was the pefect property for our family of five! We received an email with everything we needed to know about the property well before our arrival date. The information was easy to understand and very informative. The check in process was super easy - we could do it at our convenience. One of the owners stopped by the second day (at our convenience) to show us some main features of the house. He was very nice and easy to talk to. Communicating thru the app was simple, and they were VERY responsive, which we appreciated! The property is in a nice, quiet location. There wasn't a time where we felt unsafe, and it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go. As someone who is really picky about cleaning, I must say that this house was immaculate! Everything was in such good shape, clean, and labeled. It was easy to find what you needed, and they truly thought of EVERYTHING! In addition, the house is decorated and styled very nicely! We had kids ranging from 6-17, and there was something to do for everyone. Lots of different games, puzzles, the putting green, table tennis, and more...but the pool was the best part! We spent time every day in the pool. It was very nice, and they even had a few floaties and a couple of lifejackets for our smaller kids. The only thing I would say about the pool was that it drops off pretty quickly to the deeper end, but the kids learned quickly where they could and could not touch. Overall, it was a perfect stay! We will be back! :)

Better than a resort

Wonderful property! Had everything we needed even plenty of pillows which is rare! We loved every minute. My adult kids loved all the different spaces, allowing them privacy. It also had great large group spaces. Pool was amazing!

Excellent experience

I went with my family with almost 13 adults and young children, the place too clean, organized and beautiful, the receptivity of the hosts is the best in a long time, I have stayed in thousands of cities for vacations and I do not have a similar experience, I am grateful for the support provided to celebrate my husband's birthday. March Baseball 2024

This was an excellent house and property. We had 19 kids and coaches from Oregon baseball team stay at this property in March. It had plenty of room and equipment, the hosts were easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big or small group of people who want a very relaxing and fun time. It is very central to a lot of things making it easy to get around town, along with a safe neighborhood.

Perfect!

So sad to leave this vacation property! It was perfect for 9 of us—and could have slept many more with the huge couches (all 9 of us watched tv on the family room one!) and extra blow up beds available. Pool and yard were great—lots of yard games. Owners gave hike and food recommendations and checked to see if we needed anything. Would most definitely stay here again!
