Llegué al lugar, apariencia muy desagradable y la chica que me atendió, nada atenta, parece que le desagrada su trabajo, dos veces volví porque la llave no funciona , estaba en un segundo piso, sin elevador cargando maletas, y solo se dignó a decir te regreso tu dinero, porque no hay habitaciones, fue horrible, y además tenía un evento en menos de 30 minutos, sin lugar donde cambiarme, sin lugar donde dormir. y además expedía tampoco solucionó nada, solo lo misma opción un reembolso, estoy tan desilusionada del servicio de Expedía, como es posible que tenga negocio con lugares tampoco profesionales y desagradables.

The room was clean, but no hair dryer. Do not stay in a room facing Northern by the road. Traffic all the time. Breakfast was posted from 6:30 am to 10 am in the room, but closed at 9:30 am. They need to change that on the information sheet. Staff didn’t answer the phone when I dialed zero two times. I called the front desk both times. I ended up using my cell phone and called the main number and dialed zero, then someone picked up. Plenty of parking and the air conditioning worked well for the 103 degree day during my stay.

We did not get the room we booked. The room was clean, but that’s as far as the positives went. The tv remotes did not work, no hair dryer, and the light switches didn’t work. This was akin to a Motel and not up to the standards I expect from Best Western.

The room was ok, but as clean and well maintained like the pictures say. It said free breakfast there was actually nothing avaliable. The machine for the waffle was not working the only thing I got for breakfast was coffee.

It'd be great if the breakfast came with eggs and sausage. There was an employee who did not brew the coffee well during our stay. She said it would be ready once it brews and that it would take 2 min. Hot water was the only thing that came out of the machine after waiting a while. We couldn't wait.

The property is in a very nice area. The breakfast was not that great. They ran out of syrup for the waffles so they closed that station. The orange juice ran out. The cereal had only two choices for four containers. The air conditioning was adequate for this Arizona heat. The beds were not locked so when I sat down on the bed it would roll away. I just left it against the wall after the first night. I was told by a staff member that I would be placed near the front close to the lobby after the first day. When I went to change rooms I was put in a room on the first floor in front of the pet area. It was filthy. Also the hotel offered wifi but I was not able to get adequate service on my phone or laptop. I checked out early and moved to a different hotel.

I called the front desk at about 1:45pm to see if we could check in early as we arrived in Phoenix earlier than expected. The guy I spoke with said we could check in anytime after 2pm and could get our requested 1st floor room. We arrived at the hotel a few minutes after 2pm and the gal that came out told us they didn't have anything til after 3pm. I explained that I had just spoken with a guy who said he could accommodate us after 2pm. She argued a bit then finally said she had a room for us. When we got back from dinner neither of our keys would work so I had to walk back to the front desk and get them reprogrammed. The guy at the desk then proceeded to grill me on what room I was in because the gal who checked us in hadn't changed our room from the one initially assigned to the one she gave us early. Had she deprogrammed our key cards before she left??? The outlet for the hairdryer by the sink did not work (and yes, I reset the GFI several times). The bed was rock-hard. Then upon checking out after 2 nights, I waited and waited at the front desk for someone so I could get a receipt and no one came. I finally dropped my card in the lockbox and left. I would not recommend this hotel.

Where do I start? There is trash all over the property. Cigarette butts in the pot plants around the pool - as well as other trash. Mowing lawns at 06:15(AM), so you don't get to lie in. They don't order in enough food for breakfast on a Monday. There were no knives available for our entire stay. Try spreading butter or jelly or syrup with a spoon or a fork. They refused to deal with our noisy neighbours. The dryers don't work, nor does the computer for guests in the lobby. Then one of the restrooms in the lobby was out-of-order. The yogurt machine was also broken. Information sheet in room states hot buffet breakfast - but what was on offer was anything but hot. Spend more for a better experience. The biggest problem is that staff don't care.

Pool was dirty. No available pool towels due to washing machine being broken. Toilet seat was broken in our room. I did notify front desk, came back to room at end of day, toilet seat was not fixed. But everything else was good.
