House itself is good, not a big fan of the management company and policies
House itself is nice but the listing says it is 3500 square ft, when it's half of that. Beds in main bedrooms were nice but others were horrible. The management company said there was no pack n play or high chair available so I rented. When we got there, there were already 2 pack n plays and a high chair in the closet, so I wasted 150 renting them for no reason. We initially didn't think we needed to heat the pool but it was freezing so I contacted them to ask about heating it. We only needed it heated for a couple of days as we had plans away from the house and were leaving a day earlier than our reservation ended. Its 95/day to heat for some reason. When I asked to only heat for Saturday Sunday and Monday (not until Wednesday when our reservation ended) they refused saying the policy is to heat for the entire stay.(Why?) So in order to use the pool we caved and paid the full amount.Then when they heat it (remotely-can turn off and on whenever) it did not even get warm enough. The house doesn't have enough stuff you would expect, nothing to clean up spills or messes with other than paper towels and dish soap, no pool rafts of any kind (we bought a ton and left them there). The couch in the living room is absolutely gross. Overall, house and location good, rest of the experience, meh, would avoid using this company again.
