Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, a disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi connected but had no internet access, and there was no cellular reception inside the apartment. This made it impossible to work from the property, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. I reported the issue, tried troubleshooting both Wi-Fi networks, and restarted the modem without success. The host apologized and promised to investigate, but I never received any follow-up, even by checkout. Beyond that, cleaning was mediocre, and the bed was by far the most worn-out I’ve ever slept in. The parking arrangement worked, but the registration process was unnecessarily complicated. On a positive note, the gym facilities were satisfactory and met my expectations. Overall, the lack of reliable connectivity and follow-up significantly reduced the value of the stay.
