This was a great spot for me, my mom, and my 3 month old son to stay while visiting family. It was conveniently located to everything we needed and was a quiet place. The host was also accommodating and super quick to respond to messages.

Perfect girls weekend

Apartment has everything we needed, was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Property managers reached out more than once to check in and let us know they were there if we needed anything. The beds, pillows and linens were all so comfortable. I kept thinking “this is nicer than it needs to be for a vacation rental!”. Zero complaints.

Quiet, Safe and Close to GCU

Dropping our daughter off for college and this is less than 10 minutes from campus. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go - very quiet and secure. We enjoyed it.

Great place to stay in Phoenix. Kitchen is great and living/ dining room nice size with lovely private balcony. Wonderful to have washer/ dryer. Two bathrooms are very convenient and bedrooms and closets are very spacious. Owners were super helpful and anytime there was a minor issue (one of the lights stopped working temporarily) the owners were easy to contact and eager to fix the issue ASAP. Best place I have ever stayed in Phoenix. Thank you!

Great Location for GCU Graduation

Our accommodations were really great. It was clean and ready for us. The check-in process was smooth. It is well located for those having activities at GCU’s campus. The neighborhood is not the greatest but it is gated and we had no issues. The beds are comfortable and the A/C worked well to keep the place cool. If you need a place in town, especially for GCU graduations, I recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment

Great stay. Very clean, all that you need for kitchen, laundry, bathroom. Updated bathrooms, beautiful community pool with tropical plants and palms and a waterfall, gated community. Good location for us and fairly easy to get to most spots. @ 25 minutes to airport. We would stay again and would recommend to friends. Good communication back and forth with the owners. Minor things to note:-It is on a second floor and no elevators-If you get food delivery or an uber/Lyft, they often seem to not be able to find the location as their GPS takes them to a point behind the complex so just something to be aware of.-Neighborhood is transitioning so is mixed. We felt safe but you do see all sorts at the grocery (etc) in the neighborhood.-The AC freezes if you move it past a certain temperature per the owner and we wanted it a bit colder so it wasn't a good temperature for us and they do need to consider getting that fixed.

As Advertised, With Excellent Manager Service

I have to start by saying I'm a tough marker--10's only go to the top few VRBO spots I've ever experienced. But this was a good spot for our vacation. We read some concerns about the neighbourhood, but feel this is overblown. Given that the closest neighbours are a senior citizen's centre and a vet clinic, it was not at all intimidating to us--felt comfortable walking around at all times. The condo complex is a little older than some, but the unit has been upgraded, including kitchen and showers. Some minor issues (occasional internet interruption, noisy HVAC fan and appliances), but these are quibbles. There was plenty of space for two couples, the pool is quite comfy, and the light rail system is close by. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great support from Brooke who responded to every request and concern. The key question is--would we come back? Yes--we had an enjoyable two weeks.

It was a cute little condo for the price we paid

The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was comfortable except for the bed, very lumpy mattress. So much that it hindered our sleep . It was a gated community which was a plus because the neighborhood was less than desirable. I wasn't familiar with the area so I didn't realize what we were getting into. Overall it was an adequate place to stay.
