THE CACTUS HOUSE

Our larger-than-life Cactus property is quite the impressive remodel. The spacious corner lot provides plenty of room in both the front and back of the home, and the extra lower level allows for comfortable accommodations for even the largest of groups. The expansive backyard features an attached pool and spa with a waterfall, large outdoor TV with Bluetooth speakers, gazebo with shower and bathroom, an a 8 burner gas grill with side burners, pizza oven and stand alone griddle. A large outdoor dining table accommodates 10+ guests with adjacent patio heaters. There are also 3 fire pits, ping pong table, corn hole set, several outdoor patio chairs, sofas and chaise lounges, along with a putting green for golf enthusiasts! Pool chiller available in summer months.

7 of the 8 bedrooms can be configured as either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom has a queen bed.

THE SPACE

The entrance to our home has polished marble floors that line most of the home's interior. Everything has been professionally decorated, and this is prominently displayed in the remodeled kitchen, which comes with granite counter tops, a wine rack and cooler, vaulted ceilings, built-in electric glass stove tops. The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cooking appliances and utensils that should satisfy any master chef.

The main living area presents panoramic windows overlooking the backyard. The lower level showcases expansive seating, 85 inch TV, and bar area. A full bathroom and two bedrooms are on the lower level, as well. Back upstairs in the living room is a large flat screen TV, wood fireplace, and plenty of seating. The luxurious master suite features a bathroom with large open shower, jetted Jacuzzi tub and overhead flat screen TV and exercise bike. Garage has been converted to game room with foosball, pool table, air hockey, PS3 game console as well as golf simulator and 50 inch TV. For movie fans there is an extensive movie library on hard drives in the theater room, living room and outdoor TVs. Large flat screen TVs in all rooms with internet connected ROKU. DIRECTV in all rooms. High speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the home. With eight bedrooms and six bathrooms, this property can easily host 18 people. The home is child friendly with high chairs, cribs and pool fencing is available upon request for a small fee. Pets welcome, please contact host. The great location close to major freeways, golf courses, and shopping centers makes this immaculate home even more desirable.

House Rules:

* No parties - i.e. bachelor/bachelorette parties due to noise, parking and property damage issues. No Exceptions.

*Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.

*No DJs on back patio area or guest provided sound systems. Guests can use host provided sound system.

*Minimum age to rent is 28.

* The fee is $100 per extra hour, early arrival or late check-out, Sometimes this is not possible when the property is booked on the day of your arrival of the day of departure. Please understand that our cleaners and caretaker need the full 6 hours to clean and prepare the home.

*Base rate is set for up to 9 people. Rates are $40 per person per day for over 9 guests
