Overall, I would say that the experience here was clunky. This is an older roadside motel property that has been renovated and upgraded with newer accessories. However, I saw many people trying to check in or talk to the front desk and had to ring a bell for a very long time before they could get service. So it was very difficult to talk to the staff. They should at least put a phone number in the room to talk to staff or put it on the card holder that they use for the Wi-Fi password. There were no drinking cups in the room so if you got in late and needed to take medication, etc., there was nothing there. Most hotels you just take a cup from the coffee maker if they don’t have one in the bathroom. There’s also no coffee maker so this is not a thing. The air conditioner worked, but when it got to its low setting and then cycled off after a few minutes, it would start blowing out hot air ?instead of just waiting until it naturally warmed up. So all night long it blowed cold air and then it blows hot air and I found it best to just go unplugged the air conditioning unit and open the window. In the future, I would pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere.

Property was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. The only complaint is the location- it was a sketchier part of town. However, it wasn’t anything that felt unsafe.

The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. Upon arriving there it was also filfthy and seemed dilapidated with every floor at some point having crumbling flooring. The room was again not clean with some of the same issues as the first. Upon reaching out to Dominic again and refusing to stay for just one night as he requested, he then began blaming me saying i was the issue that no other clients are complaining. I asked for a refund and said I would find our lodging. Being without lodging 1500 miles from home is not ideal and very stressful but we are not willing to stay in filthy conditions.

Small, clean hotel on a main thoroughfare. My daughter and I stayed here overnight on a Friday. Traffic was very light after 9pm. Property was well lit and had locking gates that provided access to the rooms. Staff was friendly. We felt completely safe and a selection of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

It was nice for the price. I would ask for a room furthest from the main road which was noisy all night. The hot water at the sink was backwards so at first we didn’t think we had hot water. The toilet ran for awhile after you flush. Overall it was good for a quick and affordable stay of one night.

The Casa Blanca Inn did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. Having the kitchenette was a real bonus with a full sized fridge, cook top and microwave. The bathroom had a large shower with plenty of hot water. The only thing missing was a luggage rack to put a suitcase on and a few hangers. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend it and will certainly stay again.

The property was nice and clean. The rooms were not as clean as they appeared and required some cleaning to stay there as well as a change in some linens. The office isn’t open 24 seven and more often than that you have to ring the bell or call them, but they’re very attentive. Access to the rooms in courtyard are all secured by gates, not like a prison, but providing enough security to keep homeless people out from the area.

Cheap & cheerful, perfect for a quick overnight. Property looks to have recently done a multi-hundred dollar renovation. The rooms could use a lamp with USB charging, as it is currently all or nothing with the ceiling pot lights. Recommended.

Read the fees list to be informed of deposit required. This is an old motel that has been remodeled. My room was very clean with new fixtures. No coffee pot no blow dryer in my room. The outside is weĺl lit for dog walking. Parking is kinda wierd right off the street but you can see the security cameras at work in the office. Fencing with key card access felt very secure. I liked the area. TV is all apps if that matters. Desk personnel was very friendly.
