Casa Nopal - NEW - Heated Pool!

Welcome to "Casa Nopal"! This incredible vacation rental features an adorable backyard and spacious interior living area! The yard features a heated pool, yard games, and plenty of space for entertaining. The home features an open concept living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a custom beauty-bar, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town in Old Town Scottsdale, which is just a 5 min car ride away!

*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days – minimum of $150 charge. Additional days of pool heat requested will be $75. *

This vacation rental is on a corner lot in a family-friendly neighborhood just a five-minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale. Soak up the sun in the beautiful & private backyard during the day, or relax and enjoy the yard games at night! This amazing backyard features a large pool, next to the turf lawn, where you can sit back and chill in our beach loungers. Play a game of giant Jenga or watch TV under the covered patio when you want a break from floating in the pool! The backyard also features an outdoor dining table and grill with propane provided. Don’t forget to take a picture to memoralize your trip next to the Scottsdale mural!

Inside this Scottsdale home, you’ll find an open concept living area. Upon entering, you’ll encounter the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Just past the dining room with a custom Nopal cactus mural, you’ll find the sliding glass door with access to the backyard. The living room features a comfortable and large sectional, a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests, and a smart TV with live-streamed cable (YouTube TV), Netflix, Amazon prime, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can prepare meals at home if desired, including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided) to jump-start each morning.

On the east side of the home, you’ll find the extra-large laundry room, complete with an extra fridge to store your vacation beverages, and yoga mats for your use! Also on the east side of the home is the large primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and a beauty bar complete with ring lights, so that large groups have plenty of room to get ready for a night out on the town!

If you head to the west side of the house, you’ll find three more bedrooms and a second bathroom. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed to accommodate two additional guests. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed to accommodate two additional guests. The fourth bedroom a trundle bed (the bottom pulls out of the day bed) and built in bunk beds to accommodate up to 4 additional guests. There is a hall bathroom next to these three bedrooms, featuring a shower with an attached tub.

*The home offers a two-car driveway for guests to park their vehicles, a two car garage, along with free street parking.

*Highchair and pack n play available for guest use. Please let us know upon booking if you would like these items setup ahead of time!

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
